ok in the end you see riku and roxas fighting, and at the bottom screen you see Axel Roxas and Xion joking and having fun. of course with no audio.

was there a scene not in boxset cutscene that showed the same thin but with words to it?

I kind of figured that scene was supposed to be something where the words were left up to your imagination. (My own interpretation was that Xion made some kind of comment at Roxas' expense that turned into playful shoving, and then Axel suggested ignoring her would be the proper punishment. All in fun, of course, but then the second time it plays, Xion's literally disappearing, so it looks like they really did forget about her. D= )

You don't hear the words from the same reason you don't have text on quite a bit of the ice cream scenes we saw during the game. We knew they took place, we have no idea what they were about, and even Roxas admitted in his Diary they were talking about, basically - nothing at all. The more important aspect was that he was seeing why he wanted to go free Kingdom Hearts and fight Xemnas.
Second time though, like Ikkin said - we saw that Xion was being wiped out of those Memories, leaving us with AkuRoku, where once was RAX.

What difference would a scene of pointless banter and mutual teasing give you? We've had enough of that all around.

it's pretty interesting. basically wanted to see why Roxas was pushing XIon and Axel encouraging. and in the end Xion tries to do the same to Roxas but fails. still it looks like something worth watching.

we could also say the cutscene about Axe; and the color red pointless as well but still interesting to see

Well it was just probally a scene where it was expresing there friendship. But if it was important they would have voiced it.
