1- i have been trying to make TAV to level 99 via the radiant garden method u know that megaflare thingy way Terra and ven seem to get a lot of Exp every time i do it about 4000 EXP but aqua only gets 1000 this is what i am doing
HP below 25%
exp chance on
and that neverland keyblade i dont know if it matters really
so what am i doing wrong

2- if terras LS beat terranort why didnt he simpy take his body back?

I don't know about 1, but as for 2...

It's not as if anyone who defeats another person can take their body. Also, Xehanort had control of Terra's heart and still had control when he was knocked unconscious after the final battle with LS.

... but there may be a better reason.

i didnt worry bout one after lvl 55 the strength stops its all magic and defense after that.

as for 2 what was he supposed to do? removing hearts is something only masters and heartless can do.

Special Keyblade that unlocks the darkness in peoples hearts. Remember, Sora became a nobody. Even if the LS actually had the power and a keyblade capable of doing such a thing, he simply would have created his heartless and nobody, not take his body back. It would have been pointless.

LS was probably only stalling Terranort long enough to give Aqua a chance to find them and help him get his body back. Having Terranort unconcious made the job that much easier.
The plan just got fucked up when the x-blade exploded, which neither Terra nor MX counted on.

Special Keyblade. That Keyblade falls into the category of Keyblades of People's hearts. It has the power to amplify the darkness in one's heart and cause the heart to be consumed by darkness.

However when it comes to normal keyblades, only a master has the knowledge of how to use a keyblade to unlock, lock, or seperate and release a heart. Meaning only MX, Eraqus, and Aqua have this knowledge. Yen Sid knows too, but unfortunately he passed his keyblade to Mickey so he lacks the weapon needed to unlock a heart.

Sure Terra unlocked Auroa's heart, but Maleficent used his darkness to make him release her heart, Terra did it unconciously meaning normaly he has no idea how a keyblade can unlock a heart.

It's part of what Eraqus meant when he told Aqua, "As our newest master you are entitled to certain knowledge" There are things only Keyblade Masters know that appretnices do not. Another example of such knowledge is the legend of the Keyblade War and the X-Blade or the fact that princesses can be used to unlock Kingdom Hearts.

To answer #1, you get significantly less EXP depending on the world's level. If you look at your Terra and Ven file, your RG level is probably 10 or close to it, while I would think your Aqua's is 6 or less. The reason why the worlds don't max out is different for everyone and people have no definite answer that at this point it has become known as a glitch. There isn't really a way you can determine which ones levels up to my knowledge all I know is that after you beat the Final Episode they SHOULD go to level 10, which some do not. At that point those who don't you just have to deal with sorry I wish I could help but I had the same problem and I got nowhere...
