It doesn't really matter what power he uses, especially since as far as we can see, Roxas is about the only person that uses Light in the same manner everyone else uses Darkness.
The only other person I can think of would be Minnie, but that's explained by Roxas being from simply Sora's Nobody, to being related to Ven who might be a BWHoPL (...wow. I never really thought about it like that o_O).
In other words - Nobodies are all related to Darkness; Roxas using Light as a weapon makes him not that much of an exception. He's made by Darkness.

If Roxas is Sora's nobody they should have similar abilities but, why is it that Roxas can control Light and Sora cannot.

Roxas could Duel Wield all but freely while Sora needed the help from his Drive Forms. I think the difference in abilities is obvious.
Sora just fights blindly; it all but seems like the Org wanted to help Roxas get better. And then of course we have the Ven relation making it worse.
Roxas isn't going to be explained properly for a while, I think, or to be precise - he'll be better explained after Days, I hope.

I hope Roxas will be explained a little more clearly in 358/2 Days also but, Sora could dual weild freely because when Sora and Riku fought Final Form Xemnas Sora dual wielded with his Kingdom Key and Riku's The Way to the Dawn. I think that since he was a weilder long before Roxas he became more skilled and dual wieding was never neccesary in battle. That's a possiblilty not fact.

Whiiiiiiiiich makes it that Sora did not Duel Wield, since Riku was the one keeping the WtD in existence (Duel Wielding =\= simply holding two Keyblades).
Riku let Kairi hold the Gayblade first; then he let Sora hold the WtD.
Roxas vs. Riku - Roxas Duel Wielded, then he let Riku hold on. By your logic, Riku was the one Wielding that Keyblade. But that was obviously not the case.

Oooor... he just never had that ability, seeing how it only materialized at all with Sora after Roxas returned to him.
Nomura said them Duel Wielding had to do with BBS, so I think we can kill the notion it's shrugable.

When Roxas fought Riku he threw the Oblivion keyblade at Riku and pulled out the Defender so by your logic Roxas was Tri Weilding but, were did the defender go after he got Oblivion back.

You mean the Kingdom Key?
That was only during the trailer, otherwise in the actual scene in KH2 he only had the Oblivion and Oathekeeper.
Otherwise it was never shown in KH2, the trailer, like the other secret trailers, were only concepts.

No I meant the Defender the keychain that was on the Kingdom Key. They are all the Kingdom Key but, they keychains have different names and the default keychain is the Defender check your game if you don't beleive me.

That's the ability that comes with the chain.
It's still called the Kingdom Keychain.

*face palm*

Its passive ability in KH2 is Defender, otherwise it's known as the Kingdom Key, the default keyblade, if you will.
That's that, I actually started up my PS2 to go to the menu screen in both KH1 and KH2 and it's called the Kingdom Key.
Only difference is the ability of defender in KH2 not KH1.

Do you get it now?

I did turned on both Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 and they say Defender in the same place that they have all the other keychains names. That's that, and that is a Fact.

It's like beating a dead horse but, you're wrong, I even asked Audo, I have the damn guidebooks, links and wiki's available to my disposal. That's that.

With that said, back on topic.

I don't know, but I said earlier that it was Roxas, Ansem, and Namine.

Roxas, Ansem, Naminé...
They defy all logic, yet there they are: singular exceptions to the rule.

You people are ignorant. Nomura said it himself (to lazy to bring up where he said it) that since Roxas can dual wield so can Sora. Not too hard to get. Sora doesn't need to, or he hasn't considered doing it. Besides, though Roxas' style seems cooler, Sora's is far more effective. I've seen no evidence that Sora, or Roxas is ambidextrous, hence one hand will be weaker (I'd assume the left), and when they fight against a one-handed fighter, they will be at disadvantage because they don't have the force of both hands, they'd have to fight faster (which consumes energy alot faster) or magic (same thing).
