Randomly messing around in KH3 the other day and was amazed to discover one of the islands in the Caribbean has a big fucking manta ray swimming slowly around the underwater outskirts. You can swim up to it and everything.

Looking through Nomura's ultimania interview last night led me to learn you can go into first person mode when using attraction flow. Just did it with the magic carousel and
I just read about this the other day, I wonder if this was just a mistake.I just realised that, in Birth by Sleep's opening, Ven is wearing Roxas' rings

It still lowkey bugs me how that one KHI custom avatar uses the pre-patch renderand Aqua having a chin you could see from space
I had no idea, I want to go find comparisons of this and see.Visualworks has made other weird mistakes, 0.2 had to be patched to fix Ventus-Vanitas having chin armor and Aqua having a chin you could see from space
I guess it was easier to swap out his outfit but not what’s on his hands?? WeirdI just realised that, in Birth by Sleep's opening, Ven is wearing Roxas' rings

It's amazing how many secrets KH1 has, how many little differences there are depending on the order you do things, or inconsequential details you can miss if you don't look at the right time. It's something I wish each of the games would have had, makes KH1 a little more special in that regard.Yesterday I got a rare(?) line of dialogue in KH1 from the hotel clerk in Traverse Town. Normally I've only ever been able to get them to say "No vacancies." and "Paintings are great...", but when interacting with them directly after beating Opposite Armor, they said
"Paintings are great... If you ever stay the night, try hitting the clock."
which was pretty funny considering I've known about hitting the clock for 20+ years but never got that dialogue to trigger until now.
I try to do weird things and change up my sequence of actions every time I play just to see what else there might be. Last year I discovered that, during the first revisit to Traverse Town, if you go to the empty house in the third district AFTER talking to Leon but BEFORE getting the book from Cid, Yuffie will be there alone with the lights off, proclaiming that the house will make a great hideout. It's amazing how many secrets KH1 has, how many little differences there are depending on the order you do things, or inconsequential details you can miss if you don't look at the right time. Huh. I'm pretty sure I've gotten that one a couple of times."Paintings are great... If you ever stay the night, try hitting the clock."
I think there's an esoteric condition of interacting with a certain painting BEFORE ringing the bell three times. You talk to the painting, get the "paintings are great" dialogue, then you hit the bell thrice to get the full dialogue.Huh. I'm pretty sure I've gotten that one a couple of times.
You don't think that explaining why Xehanort thought he was Ansem was one of the things Dark Road wanted to provide an explanation for?I mean
It clearly wasn't since DDD was in 2012 way before Dark Road.
