    Well Xion was a part of sora, she was the memory of kiari that was scattered when namine tried to return his memory back. So Xion holding the keyblade has nothing to do with kiari's keyblade. Xion being apart of sora allowed her to hold the keyblade. Xion is not connected to kiari at all.
