Honestly, the only problem I have is the fact they keep switching Hayden and Alyson around when it comes to Kairi/Xion. Haley sounds fine to me. I have no problem with him voicing Sora. So thankfully when KH3 comes around, I'll be one of the few not bothered by it.

I thought it was already established by BbS that Sora and Ven's hearts are connected. Regardless of where Ven's heart is, it's still connected to Sora's, hence Vanitas's appearance. So why can't Sora have some of Ven's memories inside him while his heart was in Roxas?
