Kairi went through the same basic changes as both Sora and Riku did; she's matured physically (has grown, hair's longer, etc.). She was only fourteen in KH1, and some girls do mature later than others.

Interesting theory. Perhaps, since Final Form unleashes the true might of the Keyblade, it is the very opposite of Anti Form. To expand on your theory, in short: Final Form is derived from the Light, Anti Form is the result of Darkness.
