Haha, funny. It was my mom who introduced me to alcoholic beverages, too. She's the type of person you would never expect to even sip alcohol, see, which is why I was quite surprised when offered for the first time. It was at a Christmas or NYE party when I was 13 or 14, I think...
Ha, if my friends offer me a drink, I will always refuse. If they taunt me to do it, I will taunt them back and ask if they really have the heart to make their friend suffer from allergic reaction. That said, sometimes I actually do drink just for the fun and feeling of togetherness, though I usually end up only finishing a quarter of the portion. Even that little an amount is enough to make me all red like a boiled shrimp, and my friends will usually poke fun of me because of it. -_-
All this talk about agents... you don't think it'd be embarrassing if we were talking about all these things in person and someone else happened to be around to listen to us? We're grown-ups and we've got better things to talk about than some imaginary soldiers and fortified homes. XD
Actually, I've thought of something that might just help you if you want to have a cloudy sky background, but it's going to need digital manipulation and thus, impure. If you do it right, though, it's going to look convincing to the untrained eye. What you'll need is a wide plain white sheet of paper or cardboard to lay the figures on. Adjust the light source so that the figures don't cast prominent shadows on the white base, then take a snap directly from above (make sure your shadow is out of the way!). Using Photoshop, select only the figures, either with the magic wand or by erasing the white background with the eraser and causing it to become transparent), then paste it over an image of a cloudy sky, whether you took it yourself or from the Internet. And there you go! Of course, it's easier said than done...
And in making the photo more dynamic, here's what I think you can do. Flip Mickey's palm over, because you'd want to convey the message of him reaching to Sora (just like in the original artwork) instead of being ready to catch Sora. Also, if Mickey's torso can't curve forward any further, position him so that he doesn't look too vertical; you can try giving him some angle and experiment by how much. The same goes for Riku, too; you already managed to convey the soaring feel, but you can also adjust him so that he faces almost directly "up", giving more zest to that feel. As for Sora, I think he's already perfect as is.
Still, I'm in love with your picture! I could have given it a stalk of rose if only it didn't sound totally strange. You know, perhaps you don't even to retake the picture and follow my suggestions... because it's already beautiful.
