Sending private messages to people, telling them to join your roleplay, is an absolute no-no. If you want people to maybe notice your roleplay legitimately, clean up your current signature, and re-organise/recreate it with a link to your roleplay included.
But generally, your website doesn't look to be very good quality, and there's not even a page that says specifically what the site is about. No one's going to know what to do on your site unless you make it easy for them to find out.
