I was under the impression this gesture was actually really, really rude, with an implication that a lot of people would probably find further offensive. Like, never in a million years would've imagined this in a Disney game.
I'm in the UK and don't think anybody really uses it here. I'm not sure where I got the idea from but... actually, I'm not sure I can word my intepretation it in a way that's appropriate on a forum like this, haha. But since it seems it's not as rude as I thought in some places, I'm now left wondering where I got my idea about its rudeness from? I'm boggled. (It was probably QI, knowing me, it's always bloody QI...)
