Nope, at lvl 16 in old chapter you should have total of 80, you are lvl 17 with chapter 2 weapon so +1 ap for lvl 17 =81 and +3 for chapter 2 weapon because chapter 3 weapon gives 3 more ap than chapter 1. You right now have 84 ap so nope not haxxed.
