Yeah, there are several 5th gen pokemon who seem pretty cheap, just looking at their base stats. But if anything's TOO broken it'll be moved to the Uber tier and that'll be the end of that.
Like, Ononosuku for example. 147 base attack and 97 base speed? AND it knows dragon dance? WTF! Peg a focus sash onto that and use dragon dance the first turn of the battle, focus sash guarantees your survival and then you're safe to sweep the whole enemy team (unless they have a pokemon with a speed priority of 1 or higher)
or heck, you could just go with Jolly and run with Swords Dance instead of Dragon Dance. Because it was really necessary for a 147 base attack pokemon to have both swords dance and dragon dance -.-
