It's been a pretty long time since I've made that but a long time ago, I made custom 3ds friend code signatures through Photoshop. There should be an option to save your Mii as an image in Mii Maker, plug your SD card to the computer, and I edited that into a bar/etc. in Photoshop.
If you can, send me your Mii picture.

haha I would too. ;n; I think I have some slight gest of this tablet but I still don't know what program to use. I have been told to try SAI, CS2, and GIMP.
I hope I can learn to work it and be that good. -
