To be honest the reason The character fights them is somewhat hilarious. Want to take this to a PM <.<?
I have no idea how long the effects of the safe anti-toxin last, but I will wager it's 24 hours or so (Safest bet I can think of).
Touching a poison dart-frog (The toxin parelyzes the diaphram basically closing up the lungs and the person dies from suffication). There are three different anti-toxins to keep it at bay, however it is as you would imagine they are not any type of cure and two of them are a basic gamble-of-fate.
Kay' let me rephrase, Eneru before becoming a Rumble-Man (Just like Luffy he possesses the birthright of Superhuman Strength).

Okay thanks. One last question, I figure this all I need to know before I can FINALLY start typing my OP story
If a normal person can only hold on to their live a maximum of 3 hours how long could a superhuman (Or the equivilent of one) hold-on for?

Those two do depend on eachother, without endurance your speed begins to slow-down, and if you use too much speed you endurance begins to fail.

Although it is more likely Dragon, I think the figure is standing forward and may have only one hand ... But it's difficult to make-out (It's either Dragon or Shanks from what I see in resembelence).

I'll buy that. So I've come up with a way for the Reborns to not remember being a nobody or a heartless. First off, I looked up what causes amnesia (It was actually intended for one MY OP CH, but I think of it as taking two bird out with one stone), and not on wikia. Now, one of the four ways it is caused is by brain injury, seeing as the brain and the heart are dependent eachother's condition this could be an explanation. Do you need one, or should I leave that to you? -
