I guess "hyper" is a bad word then since I love Selphie too xD;;; and Yuffie. I guess I just don't like just how polar Minako feels to me. Maybe if it was a proper drama and not a monster of the day I could've related better, but... beh.

Mamoru? What's there to like? He's a pretty face for Usagi to chase throughout the series as a whole. Nothing less, but nothing more either :v like I said - concept, not a character.

I'm a sucker for one sided SoKai too. Even wrote a fic about it (lol poor girl saw SoRi kissing and angsted) if you wanna read ;P
I mean, unlike with Sora, it's pretty damn obvious how Kairi feels about him. If only because she doesn't seem to even be friends with anyone else. But Sora sees Kairi as "just another face to save" with Namine being the only viable reason I see to why he'd care specifically about Kairi (because she's in Kairi, lol). So one sided galore for the win.

Now just to get you to like Namine *angry fist-shake*

Mamoru's just a concept, really. Usa fell in love with him at first sight and we never got to see how that developed. Then in their current lives Mamoru's biggest role was to get brainwashed by the Darkness into being an abusive boyfriends every season and in most of the movies. >.>;;;

I don't care so much for Minako, truth be told. I donno, she's just... too hyper for me xD;;; But I suppose that's why I can open up to her when the worst happens, because she does react '-'

I somehow got the impression the more popular couple for Rei was with Minako because that's the more implied couple in the manga. But I don't like the manga all that much and I watched the anime first, so :v
Iono. The manga's just... lacking in comparison.
And besides, ReiUsa's relationship is so wonderful and beautiful ;A; they argue all the time but you know it's because they care. And OMFG they blush over each other so often T$#&YB#%&TYW^& <3<3<3<3<3

Seiya/Usagi is good because unlike Usagi/Mamoru which is basically WE LOVED EACH OTHER FOR NO REASON IN OUR PAST LIVES SO LET'S LOVE EACH OTHER IN THIS ONE TOO, they actually had development and insight.
I suddenly had a flash of Edward/Bella *shudders*
StarS was basically a whole series about how Seiya falls for Usagi and how Usagi tries to resist because of Mamoru. I have to wonder what it'd have been like had Mamoru been there. I truly think something would've happened still, it was just more convenient portraying Usagi as not really a cheater but a weak, lonely girl who suddenly got the attention she craved. They showed us her agony and hurt though and the dilemma which is yet another reason why I love this couple so much, oh the drama ;A; Mamoru; die in a fire kthxbai and let Seiya and Rei take care of my Usa-chan ;3;

I judge per-couple. I mean, almost all couples there are viable because of the relationships between EVERYONE and the fates they share, but some just mesh better imo. (this reminds me of my Rei/Haruka period... something they actually showed in the S season xD;;; )

I hope she appears in KH3 - one of the things I hated about KH2 was that she wasn't shown.

Ya. Her story was AWESOME, and it foreshadowed some of the events of KH a little.

Do you think her grandmother was a Keyblade master? Kairi being able to use the Keyblade because her grandmother could would have been more plausible than the BBS explanation, imo. That was a cop out.

I never read the manga.

Her taking up space, when other, more interesting NPCs(like her grandmother, the guy who lost his heart in Traverse Town, etc.) get little to no screentime. Also her uncaringness is a good reason.

Seriously...without her grandmother, she probably wouldn't be a PoH. We need more insight on her grandmother, but that's another topic altogether.

Ya. And most of them come up with good reasons for hating Kairi.

I don't mind depending on the couple. If I see it or like it for it, I will. I don't try to hunt for the "shippings" based on gender.
