Pretty simple: What are your guilty pleasure songs?

I'll get started: Teenage Dream by Katy Perry.

Selena Gomez. Put her name on it and I'll listen at least once. Or on repeat... like her newest cd.

I don't really have true "guilty pleasure" as I normally don't care if others like my music. Except for when I listen to High School Musical songs.... xD

I feel like listening to kpop and that being a somewhat 'guilty pleasure' type deal, I don't tend to be that embarrassed or care that much. Even like old doll movie songs are pretty dope, even if they're a bit cheesy if a bit too juvenile.

That being said considering I was feeling down last night so I had a nice cry to the Bratz Rock Angelz game soundtack lol, so I'll consider it a guilty pleasure at the moment.

(but it's still so good though)

This is my favorite answer I've seen so far :p I listen to so much weird music; at the moment I'm listening to a song called "Three Little Pigs" by Green Jelly, and it's terrible. God do I love it though!

Listen to it below, it's just impossible to describe to a normal person:

I don't know, I tend to not think of songs I like in that way.

However, there is this...

Now I must say there are a number of Fleet Foxes songs I would not classify this way. Blue Ridge Mountains is legitimately one of my most favorite songs out of the last decade and perhaps even my actual favorite song from beyond the 1970s. But this song, it just... I can tell it is straight-up pop, and the "ooh" sections sound like something horribly cheesy straight out of the bad cheesy music they use in commercials nowadays... But still, I love it. I can't stop listening to it when I start.

By no means am I even a fan of new music. To be honest, I cannot stand hardly any of the new pop music at all, as most of it is just very annoying and sounds bland. You may as well call me an old-school so and so jerk off, because I am. However, I like that new Zedd / Alessia Cara song called 'Stay' which is big in Canada right now.

Agreed, haha. I can hardly stand new music; the new music I usually download doesn't really align with what American culture considers to be "the in-thing". It's usually something like "Shut Up and Dance" by Walk The Moon or "Rather Be" by Clean Bandit; something that makes itself known by distancing itself from other pop music in a significant way. Teenage Dream is definitely an example of when I didn't live up to my own standards, though ^n^

Ugh, anything Mimi does. The girl is thick as bricks, but I love her voice. She is my juicy diva go-to. Particularly love "Someday" and "Touch My Body" among many other hits.

Here's a live video for "We Belong Together", from the Oprah show, because I can't, in good conscience, post the corny official music video (though it does have hottie, home-team-player Wentworth Miller in it):
