In Ventus's story mode when he was transported to the Mysterious Tower with Mickey's star shard. Then he met Donald and Goofy and both of them escorted Ven, to Master Yensid. When Master Yensid uses his magic to know where Mickey is, mickey was already tired and couldn't stand up anymore. I did remember when Mickey landed to Never Land, and Vanitas showed up..... Who attacked Mickey?

Wouldn't it be Master Xehanort himself? After all, when Ventus came to Mickey's aid moments later, he was greeted by him (Xehanort) and subsequently made aware of his past, which led him into confronting Eraqus to find out about the truth.

I see, But why would he attack Mickey? Was it for bait for Ventus to come to the Bad Lands?
I really would like to play Mickey's story mode if it did have in the BBS :)

I was under the impression that it was Vanitas, along with possibly Xehanort after wearing Mickey down with an overwhelming number of Unversed, and that is was, to some extent, a suprise attack.

I am now thinking why wasn't Mickey included to have his own story mode?
It would be neat to explore his story side in BBS.

That's my assumption, Vanitas attacked Mickey with MX and the Unversed possibly helping as well to use him as bait. Which brings about some odd questions but it's too early too early to nit-pick so...

I thought BbS had too many story modes tbh. I was under the impression that Mickey didn't get to accomplish much per se because he underestimated the Star Shard, which didn't let him stay in one place for too long. It would have been nice to include him in mirage arena somehow though.

I could be wrong, but I suppose that's because the main focus of BbS is Terra, Aqua, and Ventus, as well as establishing their relationship with the characters of the series. But then again, BbS already had more than a few scenarios as it is...

You know what this reminds me of a PS2 game called Suikoden 3 and in it there are three main scenarios where the main part of the game you play as three heroes. During their stories you can play as a side character that shows what he did during the main three's stories and if you fulfill the right conditions you can even play the villains' side of the story at the end of the game. I never really thought about it until now but BBS should've done this. Play as Ven, Terra, and Aqua then you can play a short Mickey story and at the end you can play Vanitas and MX's side of the story. I think it could've made the game even better.

I think Vanitas attacked Mickey in Neverland and weakened him to the point were he wouldn`t put up a resistance when Vanitas brought him to the Keyblade Graveyard

Now at that point Mickey was just a Keyblade Weilder, correct? He was not awarded the title of Master by Yen Sid until near the end of BBS, unless I am mistaken.

You're right. Mickey became a Master at the end of the game when he returned to Yen Sid, even though he was a little disappointed with him.

I get the feeling that Vanitas attacked him in Neverland since I doubt that he'd simply "get in" as Vanitas wanted to. I don't think that he had to do too much though, just push him in with enough force. From there on out, Master Xehanort attacks him personally in the Keyblade Graveyard. Of course, I'm basing this solely on the fact that MX was there when Ven found Mickey there and Vanitas was in the exact same place he was earlier when he confronted Aqua.

I heard about this. I also heard that the developers for Birth by Sleep took a few cues from Vagrant Story which was a pseudo-sequel to Final Fantasy Tactics...or at least I think it was tactics.

I love Vagrant Story but no, they didn't use it as inspiration for BBS.

Mickey still IS a Keyblade Wielder, in the way that he wields a Keyblade.

Nobody said he wasn't.

We are so overdue the Mickey KH game at this point. Yeah there was Epic Mickey but it's not the same.

I've enjoyed Epic Mickey immensely, especially the story, which ties into KH quite a bit. However, it's more of a Mario Brothers type game than an RPG, and I am more than an RPG kind of guy.

You can pick up a used Wii for $50-$60 now that the Wii U is out.

It's a really good family/social gaming system, but doesn't really compete with the true consoles at what they do best, or in their game selection.

I may not have a Wii or a Wii U, but is there Epic Mickey for the PS3 or the 3DS?
