You can tell Tetsuya Nomura had to do with it, if not the Artwork Design, because the cutscenes have the exact same process and artwork as those in The World Ends With You. Full-body sprites, with pre-determined poses, on either side of the screen while speech bubble appear in the middle.

Thats not what I meant. It hasn't been released on the internet yet. It was filmed and posted on the internet, but not released.

this. there are some certain parts of coded that spoil BBS. thats why they waited until after bbs came out to introduce the last chapter thing of coded.
