His Native Language isn't English, if Puerto Rico is the country he lives in. I'm actually just gonna let it slide with him. You can't 'force' someone to speak a language that they aren't used to perfectly. :3

It's safe where I live. Middle of nowhere, only 500 people in my town. Really, really small. If someone does something, we know who it was.

Why would they use that as an excuse when RE:CoM's coming out here? The three games are being released in Japan first. I fail to see how they would find releasing it in NA would help them. And we know how much they love to please the fans in their home country coughFM/+cough.
