A friend of mine sent scans of the new KH Static Figure Sora and KH Play Arts Riku doll that were featured in Hobby JAPAN. Here they are!
  
The Riku figure is the Kingdom Hearts version, not Kingdom Hearts II. A little unusual to track back, but regardless the doll looks great. Still no release date set for Riku figure. The Sora figure is listed with a December 31 2008 release date in most online stores. If you plan on buying it, I recommend shopping around! Comments Below! |
shouldn't the riku action figure be in his kingdom hearts ii clothes ? they better make one for sora as well but this time as an action figure. =/
Ugh, I was hoping for the Riku KHII. Oh well. It still looks great. It's way better than the first one they made.
A bit dissapointed they went with his original look, but not that surprised. That unpainted Sora Playarts figure we saw a few months back was in his original look as well. They did the same thing with the recent Final Fantasy VII line, too.
Wonder who the other two characters are going to be.
Hm...you think the Riku figure could be part of a Chain of Memories set? Because if that's the case, I'm looking forward to a Larxene or Marluxia!! :D
YES KH RIKU!!!! Am I the only one happy? They make him look too 'teenager-ish' in the other game (still love him, but...) the sagging pants and crouched posture made him less cute than how he really is- I'm glad they redid this one...
It'd be cool if they made his dark outfit and him in a coat...then for kicks the kh2 outfit =P

Is Riku going to be a limited edition? ´cause that would NOT be fun.
I like the riku figure but wouldn't it be nice for Riku in KH2 and same here I'm also looking forward to a Larxene figure,I hope there is one cuz I really can't wait to add it in my collection

It's about time Riku got a nice quality figurine of himself. I would have rather seen a KHII version but this one will do nicely .
Cool Riku action figure. I've been waiting for this figure for some time now. I hope an Ansem action figure will be included in this KH1 set too.
