KH: Birth by Sleep - Kingdom Hearts Insider

Scenes of the ending of Kingdom Hearts 1 flash by on the screen, and two phrases are seen clearly on=screen. One reads "Deep Past" and the other "Shut-Eyes gives birth to the concealed fate."

We are then confronted by a young boy who looks like Roxas conversing with another young boy with black hair. Their surroundings seem to resemble Hallow Bastion (Radiant Garden). The name "Ven" is thrown outward, referring to the boy who looks like Roxas.

The scene change various times before stopping at an image of the Old Man from the KH2FM+ secret ending. He is called "Master Xehanort" by Terra. Soon after, Terra summons his keyblade and the screen changes.

Various worlds are shown, and one of which is familiar to us all. "Olympus Coliseum" is making another comeback, followed by a brand new world, that of which resembles Sleeping Beauty.

The video then changes back to Terra battling against a dark figure, whom you can tell is male. This is the same man from the Secret Ending of KH2FM+, the one who the Old Man creates. Terra is able to forcibly get the man's helmet off, but his face is concealed.

King Mickey is shown summoning his keybalde, and then the scene changes very quickly to Terra on a beach. He seems to be watching two boys play in the ocean. After he rests his weapon into the ground, the two boys he was watching are clearer and they look like Sora and Riku. Soon after, Terra says "Please don't depend on me, just erase me... friend."

The phrase "Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep" arises, and it is revealed this game is for the PSP.

Note: It has been rumored the DS game is being co-developed by Hand (Chocobo Tales) and the PSP game is being developed by the Crisis Core team. This is not a confirmation, just speculation.

Is there any chance that it will end up coming out on Playstation 3 as well?? T^T otherwise i'm gonna have to go shopping for a PSP >

Nope no way, they are saving KH3 for Ps3, anyway i think Birth By Sleep would be worth it

Why mess with something as awesome as the PS2? Why can't they bother to keep Kingdom Hearts on the platform it started with? .........And where can we see these videos?

Well I dont thinks so because the KH team is working on FFXII versus, so they dont have time to be putting another KH game on the PS3.

I read somewhere that the three games for the portables are all linked and will end up leading to the third game (For the PS3). Just something i read though

Birth by sleep by the sound,s of it will be worth byeing a psp and i t would of been of better to make coded for both ds and psp instead of cell

this game is gona be..weird..
cos i cant imagine kh with those sorta graphics..
i duno
but in the end i will get a psp 4 it
atlest ive got time to save up
since this games gona come out in 3 or 4 years time

ACK!! I only have a PS2!!!! And I want to play all the new games, too! =( (my CoM was stolen w/my gameboy advance) And KH3 better not b 4 the PS3 or i will die!!!! Keep the main games for the system the sreies started on plz!!!

If they're bringing out kh3 for the ps3 and having one in between on the psp, wouldn't that hint with the ds game that they may be going somthing for the wii? If so, that sortof explains the picture of mario with a keyblade. Damn it, that would be so freaking cool...

I kinda glad that its gonna be on the psp and ds..but mobile phone? i dunno about that one..but i dont think that it should be on the ps3..i mean yea it would be sweet and all but i think it should stick to the ps2 system

I'm glad its coming out 4 the PSP, cuz ive already got 1 and besides this, the only noteworthy PSP game is FF7 Crisis Core

I hate this new games, coming out in different consoles. I only have a PS2 but gonna buy new PS3, but its sad that my fave game is coming in a new portable, one in DS, one in PSP and possibly KH3 is on PS3. I wish those games come out in PS3, so I can play them too! :( But all in all is good that new KH games r coming out! more to the story line! love it!

T_T WHY DO THEY HAVE TO BE ON SO MANY DIFFERENT PLATFORMS ????!!!!!! Square-Enix is trying to run me into bankruptcy(how to spell?) I wanted to get a PSP because I had wanted to play FF&: Crisis Core in the first place, and now since this game is gonna be on the PSP it'll be worth buying it all the more.
But why is my favourite(KH 358/2 Days) out of all the 3 games on the DS??!! *pulls hair out* Now i have to go buy that too! I'm 16 year old student who get 20 bucks a week for allowence and my parents would never but me it just because i want it. *cries as I try to revive my wallet that got a heart attack*

I don't see why you all would complain about games coming out on new systems. I mean, look at the most successful RPG franchise, Final Fantasy. They started on old school nintendo and went to the PlayStation because it was better in terms of graphics and the like. Using the PS3 platform would make the series better as a whole because there's more disc space on HD DVD's than on regular ones, meaning you get more game for your buck(hopefully xD) I for one am glad about games on different systems, except coded...but it seems to me that it won't matter much in the long run based on what I've read...but stranger things have happend

Oh, wow, the new games are coming out...IN JAPAN!
ONE MORE THING...I think the PS3 isn't worth buying, it's just like the PS2 only with 'HD'.

And tell me, why can't they stick it to ONE platform? Then we don't have to buy a PSP, a DS, etc.
