come on!!!

you really think that you ((meaning that you're playing as Sora)) could take on ALL of those?! There has to be something that interferes or that once the game actually begins, A LOT of those disappear. There is no way you take on ALL of those. And you have to remember that Sora is SURROUNDED! there are A LOT more behind him as well. T^T would square-enix be that cruel to make us fight all those?!

Hmm.

Well, it's obvious that he's not going to take on all of them at once. That's menacingly insane (by the way, it's "kamikaze" for the suicide bombers) and totally impossible. There should be a scene that interferes with it - maybe it will be Mickey, Ansem, Riku, BHK - almost anyone could be a part of it.

He's not holding the Kingdome Key, he's holding Mickey's Keyblade. You can tell by watching the Trailer for this game when mickey rescues them.

Yes, alot o' Heartless, but isn't that Mickey's Keyblade he's holding in the trailer for this? And like, you start AT Hollow Bastion at the beginning of KH2, If that's Hollow Bastion in the back, then he must be trying to get in. Then, you see all these scenes in the trailer where Beast is like imprisoned and crap, Belle hugs Donald...and yet, you ONLY see Sora and Goofy waving goodbye right after that scene(but you must remember, Donald is quite short^^) ...so vague....so very vague

you guys getting pent up over this.....even if it is just te beginning scene you would have to slay this seeming legion that would be great. It looks like the end of kh2, you know the kinda this is the end if we don't stop them no-one will kinda moment. So Sora's being brave and noble cos he knows it's the end battle.

KH2 will be Simply AMAZING

I must say, by looking at this picture, my first reaction was the same set of chills/ goose bumps i recieved while watching Return of the King during the fight of Pelanor Fields and on. Secondly I could see a cut-scene or FMV coming shortly after we see this cause honestly this would be overwhelming for Sora alone, no matter what anyone says. I'm guessing this is the end or beginning and your are aided by Mickey, Blindfolded Unknown(Riku?), or the BHK. Great pic Devon, by the way, I just about wet myself!!!

actually...

after watching teh KH2 trailer a few times I noticed that there was like 2 times the amount of heartless behind Sora Donald and Goofy and then even more to the sides. Their surrounded. Plus there are even tons tons more up on those hills. And there are some flying heartless above them. and after watching very closely a few times it looked like it was going to be a cutscene battle, not a playable one, but i could be wrong!

he might have differnt keys, they just don't want to give them away. A surprise n.n lol well, they aren't that mean to make us defeat all of them w/out what we needed unless it was on purpose. I mean sometimes you are supposed to fail, look at the collisium when you fought Cloud for the very first time or in the deep jungle w/ the cheetah when you first enter,but if we r suposed to beat them, we will have the abilities to do that even if it is hard. Final Fantasy X anyone.

if anyone has played FFX, the first fight is through a clump of fiends this might be similar. you only have to defeat the ones directly in front of you to make a path.

I don't think you have to fight all these guys. That'd just be unfair, especially if this is toward the beginning the game (which it ost likely is). Anyway, yeah. And fighting Squall was pretty easy because his HP was lower and he wasn't a whole army of Heartless. And at the beginning, you don't have Cure

Conflict:Prequel:Madness

Note:This is before the events of the Conflict Part 1 post on the Belle pic.

Sora and the others have arrived at Hollow Bastion after the distress call from the troubled World.As soon as they land and walk 100 metres,Heartless in countless numbers swarm down from the cliffs above.Sora realises that the call was about the Heartless,but he thought he'd destroyed the Heartless a year ago,after Sealing the door to Kingdom Hearts,reluctantly shutting King Mickey and Riku inside.

Sora:What the hell is this?!
Donald:But weren't the Heartless destroyed?
Goofy:Does it matter?We've got to get to the castle!
Sora:You're right Goofy.We can't turn back now.

Sora gets out the Keyblade,and scans the area and the sky.He notices creatures resembling Wyverns from his previous adventure circling the scene like vultures.He also notices 3 Behemoths,the 3 horned monsters that battled Sora fiercely in their conflicts against each other.
He's fully surrounded,and there's no way out.

Sora:Damn!There's no way out!We'll have to fight our way to the Castle!
Donald and Goofy:Yeah!Let's do it!

Suddenly,a black cloaked figure leaps out in front of them,followed by a person in the same clothing but with a blindfold,and white hair,and finally,a boy with white clothes and TWO Keyblades jumps inbetween the other two.Sora stares in astonishment.The one with the blindfold takes it off to reveal one glowing eye,while the other is perfectly normal.He smiles at Sora.Donald and Goofy meanwhile stare in disbelief at the other cloaked figure who now unsheathes his weapon...the golden Keyblade that the King wielded behind the door of Kingdom Hearts.

Sora:R..R..Riku??!!!!!!!Is it you?But I thought...
Riku:It's O.K Sora,we're fine,anyway,I'll introduce you to the other guy AFTER we destroy these weaklings, huh?
Sora:All right,let's do it.

Sora tells Riku,the King and the Blonde Haired Kid to destroy the ones behind them,and once they've done that,to wipe out the left flank,if they can.
Suddenly Cloud and Leon jump out,saying they'll attack the right flank.

Everyone:CHARGEEEE!!!!!!

Mickey,Riku and BHK effortlessly pass their blades through the swarming Heartless,swiftly taking them out.They hurry to the lefties.Sora,Donald and Goofy anniliate the small Heartless,but encounter a big problem in the form of the 3 Behemoths.

Sora:Riku,Leon,Cloud,Mickey and two Keyblade guy!Give us a hand would ya?
R,L,C,M,BHK:We're coming now!

Sora and the others soon destroy the entire army.But something BAD was about to happen...

(One Winged Angel is being played and Sephiroth appears through a beam of blue light)
Sephiroth:I have come to destroy you all...especially you,Cloud.Don't you remember?I'll just have to refresh your memory!!!

Sephiroth defeats Sora,Donald and Goofy with ease,then he wipes the floor with Riku,Mickey,BHK and Leon,leaving Cloud.
Sephiroth:Prepare to meet your maker Cloud.
He swings his sword upwards and lashes it back down,meaning to drive it through Cloud's heart.But Cloud blocks it and becomes the other One Winged Angel (I call Cloud that as well as Sephiroth).Each fighter slashes at the other,only to have the opponent block each time.Sephiroth flies into the air,and motions to Cloud to come to him.Cloud charges upwards and clashes against Sephy's weapon.The others get up and stare in amazement at the battle.

Cloud:GET TO THE CASTLE NOW!!FORGET ABOUT ME!GOOOOO!
Sephiroth:The Chosen Ones.I must stop them!!

He flies toward Sora and is about to stab him when Cloud charges over and puts himself in the way of Sora,sacrificing himself.Suddenly green illuminates Cloud's eyes,and pushs Sephy's blade out of his gut and stabs Sephy with it.Sora and the others need a special item to reveal the True Keyhole in Hollow Bastion.So they set off for the Beast's World...to be continued.

We aren't losing confidence in Soira, but at the beginning of the first game, would he have been able to take down all these Heartless? No
All he has now that's different are two Disney characters beside him and a bit more knowledge about the Keyblades and darkness in hearts and everything

But I wouldn't min dplaying the game and having Cloud come save me dramatically. I could live with that

DOesn't that castle look like a deformed version of Disney Castle? Maybe I am just seeing thing's. Well...I don't think it would open like that...But...it might be easy to defeat them. I mean think...now you have those AWESOME new abilitie's, Drive Attack's...a new command called Trance where you make goofy dissapear and you get a second Keyblade with red electricity going around you (read the latest new's if you don't know what I am talking about) And that is also why I don't think it open's like this. You still need to gain all the abilitie's and learn about where the hell you are!

Here are some question's you might want to think about :

Where are they?
Why did they stop chasing Pluto, change cloth, and wind up there?
what summoned so many heartless + DUsk's
Why is SOra so stupid as to go through them? o_0

As for the new color's of the Behemoth's...well...Final Mix had all the heartless changed color's so...that's is probabl how the Behemoth's look. I am not sure because I didn't get up to the Behemoth's in KH FM.

Reminds me of....

You know what this reminds me of... Lord of the Rings 2 where in the end all of the enemies rage upon the castle and there's like this really tiny army trying to defend their castle except it's backwards here.
I wonder if Sora has better fighting skills?

two years later

That chasing pluto and all happened at the end of Kingdom hearts. I believe this is about two years later. If you want to know what happens with the pluto chase play CoM when it comes out. That starts right after KH ends. With the change of clothes that could be any number of things. It may be as simple as Square-Enix giving him a new wardrobe, or it might even be symbolic. As in Sora's loss of innoncence. Sora has probably seen more death and destruction, and he is just a kid. Thus he has lost all naivity(sp?) and innoncence.

Max lvl

My Sora in my game of KH is at max lvl. and can kill most heartless in one hit, one in three, and all the rest in two. I fight behemoths to tear thru them just for fun. its easy when ur almighty. With kingdom key, tho, it would be interesting.

wow

YOu must have played forever to get to Max lvl. I only got sora to lvl 70. Way too bored too keep on getting him higher than that, plus the end battles were so easy my friend beat them at level 50.

Thats nothing I gots the Utima weapon for Donald and goofy and at lvl 100 (all charecter)and beaten all the hidden bosses.I don`t have Ultima yet but I`m near and I was saying what if Sora is Ansem`s son.

I believe you in the innocence thing, but the game is 1 year after KH as Nomura has confirmed for a LONG time. And Wakka, same here, level 100 for everyone and the strongest weapons for everyone 2. And I doubt Ansem is Sora's dad, because it the reports it said he was sending a girl to an island paradise *Hint* Destiny Islands*Hint* and Sora was already at DI when Ansem was in HB soo Kairi could possibly be Ansems Daughter but I realllllly doubt that...

think about this for a minute. the magazine mulan scan, says that sora is seen protecting the head general from the attakers, so what if in KH2 the attackers are heartless insted of samurais? and also, when you look closely, you can see that the very center of "Beauty and the Beast" castle almost looks like the clock tower. as for the basic equipment, square probably just didnt want to reveal too much info about weapons. or, you really could have to fight all those heartless near the begenning of the game at a really low level. after all, square is cruel enough tomake us wait till 2005 for KH2

Square manages to leak out just the right amount of info about KH2 and Com to keep us interested. this game is taking so long because they didn't even start thinking up a story until after KHFM, plus they want to make it as good as possible because sequels have been known to suck. they aren't trying to torture us, they're trying to help us. but still, HURRY UP WITH THE HELPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you think that will be a hard battle...you are miserably week, I have done the Hades cup on my own and finished it without healing...once! But as Square are such nice people there will be a cut scene half way through where friends come and save you. And if I was Sora, and had gone through what he has, I would love to do that! :D

Answers

1).Sora is at a different part of Hallow Bastion.
2). The Key holes are open again and it probably opened after KH alot of heartless can form in 1yr.
3).They probably lost pluto and split up to find him.
4).Sora's new clothes gives him new powers like the ability to fuse with Goofy.
5).Sora know he can just fuse with Goofy and use 2 keyblades. if not he could just glide over them.

Guys,

The release date's not Jan. 11. If it was, we would know SO much about KH2 right now. He have vague details about the storyline of KH2. And besides, when KH came out in Japan, it was 5 months before us. So if KH2 came out on Jan 11, it would be out in Japan already, which it's not.

with my party i could take em. but since we'll be starting from scratch we'd probably lose, but if i were using my sora, donald, and goofy, with the equipment i've given them, those things would be toast, ars arcanum like a madman, maybe trinity limit then elixir, but ars arcanum would be killer there.

plus i could actually finish my stupid combo, everything dies in like 2 hits for me now, 100 strength you see.

damn this would be the most fun battle, talking hardcore exp, and with the new drive modes it'd be crazy crazy!

my theory of what will happen is that you(meaning your playing as sora) kik some ass in a video then it will let you kill a few yourself like about 20 or 30 then something will happen and it will stop then just as sora gives up hope they are about to charge again and riku king mickey or someone will come down and help then. cause its not impossible to kill all those heartless it wouldnt be tht hard i would kind of be like just b4 you fight ansem in kh 1 when you need to break open the wall shaprd with tht emblem leading to the final rest i think like doing that on normal mode twice if we do have to fight all those it would be fun at the start but then get very boring as it would take hours ps: riku numba 1

Riku grabs sora by the colar of his shirt
Riku: I was but then I realisedthe truth.

Time for another crackpot theory.
What if this was a cinema scene, and Axel and/or the king and/or Rikku and/or the BHK take out like half, giving you a clear shot to get to your destination. You get control, and you can run like the dickens OR you can stay and fight wave after wave. Since this is apparently at the start if you get to a certain point in health your guys would automatically do as if you told them to run in the first place. However, if you run of your own accord you will find a box at your destination containing an item depending on how many waves of heartless you killed. So, what do you guys thinkn of my theory?

I've fought more than that. Just run around in a big area and a lot will spawn. Then you lock on to one that's surrounded, and when you combo, your third hit hits everything. That and your other hits block anything attacking you. It's possible.

THE THRILL OF BATTLING!!

It will be so amazingly cool to be able to fight ALL those heartless cause if you start with Fire straight away(high chance of it happening) it'll swirl around heaps of Heartless and burn them to a crisp and it be VERY hard.Plus there'll be jumping- slashing- spellbinding and CATASTROPHE.Also I got a feeling that King Mickey,Riku or the BHK will finish the Heartless of.

I dont think you defeat because if you win how is king mickey going to save you (how the heck did I know that) well i have read alot about kingdom hearts 2 over the last couple of months and i have seen alot of tralers and in one it shows the king fighting off the heartless in a scean exactley like this one. another story/theory thingy!!

Sora and company are walking along when they see something coming in the distance. It gets closer and closer until they see it's a horde of Heartless! They charge and, upon reaching the heartless, are thrown back. The Heartless part, revealing a path to the castle. They get all suspicious, but since they have no sense of when to run away, they walk down the center to the castle.

The heartless part and there is a really important evil dude standing there ready to give a speech on how sora is going to die.

With that many heartless you could get a whole lot of stress off your shoulders. Enough to make you careless for years to come.

Let's just hope that KH2 will sell a lot of copies so that the producers will make a KH3!!! The sales for this game depend dramitically for it's sequel. So try and get as many people to buy this game as possible...

I just can't wait untill it does..... but I have to. And for nearly 5 months!!
Oh well... Advent Children will keep me busy for a few months. It's coming

I really, REALLY hope they make a KH3. Tetsuya Nomura said there was a possibility of that. I just hope that if they do, they won't tell us a few years ahead of time so we're all strangling ourselves to get the game. Then again, we'll all be strangling ourselves to see if they're even going to MAKE a KH3 if they don't tell us.

But I'll be taking a multimedia class this upcoming year. I gonna try to work as hard as I can to be as advanced in that field so that I can make some of the coolest little movies or skits. The first little movie I'll make will most likely be with KH characters. Can't wait till school starts.

Guitars are awesome. It looks complicating. My friend tried to teach me some chords, but I forgot them...heh.

Yeah, I been wanting to learn how to play the guitar, but heheh, my mother is not a very good teacher, you see. So, I leave the guitar to the guitar players.

I also wanted to learn how to play the drums...I don't know anybody who knows how to play the drums though...so...that's out of my league.

I know how to play 2 kinds of drums. They're really fun to play. For the original drums, it's all in the base. The other is the snare drum. It's pretty fun. I've been playing the snare for about 3 months. And the original drums for a little less than a year.

I'd imagine they have a plenty of enemies that are hard. Sephiroth sure was the first time I went up againts him. And you might try to be careful when searching for those. They might have viruses...

I'd imagine they have a plenty of enemies that are hard. Sephiroth sure was the first time I went up againts him. And you might try to be careful when searching for those. They might have viruses...

Well...

We never got to see all of twilight town in CoM. So for all we know it does have a giant castle. And if that were true than he could be going to that town that was on the trailer for KH2 (when it showed wakka, tidus, bhk…etc)

I think. I remember seeing a preview of it in that castle. And I remember noticing the HP and MP bars were really low. Sora was attacking enimies in the air called hawkwings I think... but I'm pretty sure that's right... I think

I was so suprised about it, that that was all I could think of. All I remember about the game was that it was about a sort of wolf creature going through all kinds of stuff, and would use calligraphy to draw himself answeres to problems or puzzles in the game

I think that it will be near the end to end the game because if you fight all those heartless you die in a snap. In the background is king,and queen mickys castle which means it either near the end our the very start of the game to make the start very,very, interesting.

Since you might have to battle those heartless...

What if you get to the end, but something is wrong with the door of light? Then, you have to kill all the heartless in the world to get to it? Shut it for good?
