thanks~ funny thing about the bg, i wasnt really planning for it to be a specific place, but the colors are based on the color of the ocean surrounding Destiny Islands. i never thought of Hollow Bastion til you pointed it out...

I may have just joined and my opinion isn't as important but, this has to be the best pic in the whole fan art gallery! Well at least it's my all time favorite! Very well done! I drew my first picture of Sora just now, and I think it's ok, but too many smudges and erase marks. This pic however, is wonderfully done and, as you can tell from my name, I'm a big fan of Sora. Keep it up!

it is great. and i don't think the flaw is that he's falling and smiling, which i agree with whoever said that maybe he wasn't falling into a blue oblivion, but there is truly only one flaw: his right glove isn't cut-off like his left is. that's about it though. It truly is a piece of art worthy of great praise.

Plus, if you try flipping the image, it creates a different mood and doesn't look like he's falling anymore(not that there's anything wrong with it)

You couldn't have put it better. I was just thinking that you can always tell who the real passionate ones are by inspired work like this. And not to mention talented! By the way, I looked through your other pictures and animations, and I've got to say, you're a worthy artist indeed! As a matter of fact I totally wanted to go to Pratt back in the day, but something or other prevented me from doing that - waiting till the last minute to apply or something, I think. Art school is friggin great, though. Can't wait till I start..

Anyway, just wanted to say that it's truly awesome. I mean, really. Like, magnificent. It completely captures the essence of Sora - and the smile is completely and exactly right! I give you fountains of praise. Peace..

that i luv his face and id give it a 5 billion out of 5. and i think he's smiling cuz he just did sum cool arial move like ragnorak, except better, and it involved sum kind of backflip or sumtin. i dont really think he's falling.

This is very good! I love the detail, especially the Keyblade handle, his eyes, and the shading of his shirt. Awesome! But what's up with his glove? Nice background too, by the way.

I'd give this a 5/5 because I know how hard coloring things on Photoshop is... I've had many failed attempts. ^^

This is really good. Actually, it's great. I love the eyes. Everytime I see a picture the first thing I look at is the eyes. The only thing I don't like about this picture is that the gloves are different, but everyone has their own creative license.

Bottom line: Sora's a hottie!!!
