This was my first fanart for Kingdom Hearts after about a year long time not having drawn anything for it. I decided to try my hand at CG again. But usually I don't do it because it takes so bloody long. But, I have to say it looks pretty nice in the end.
I do like this picture for the most part, I'm just unhappy with Riku's face. lol. I didn't draw it quite right but meh. Still looks like him ne?
Anyway, read on for those who are homophobics or are just interested in what I have to say about this whole homophobia issue I see alot around here:

lol. If you hated me for my last upload, you'll really hate me this time. XD
Alright alright, all jokes aside, if you honestly DESPISE AND HATE gays, shounen-ai or yaoi, then please express your hatred elsewhere. The people who took my art for what it was rather than just the meaning have my respect. But those who pitched a fit, whined, cried and threw rocks and sticks at me have no respect from me what so ever.
I'll tell you this right now, yes, I support and have nothing against homosexuals. I don't have anything against heterosexuals either, because for one thing, I am one. lol. I'm christian for crying out loud. Hate and judgement is not to be performed by us. God is the only one who has the right to judge what we do. So leave it to Him to decide the fate of us all, you have no right to do His job for Him.
Even if you don't believe in God, at least have enough respect to realize that hatred gets you no where, it does not bring peace, only more misfortune and sorrow. It's because of hate that we do not succeed.
So honestly, like I said in my last upload, if you don't like something don't pay attention, look, or get involved with it. Take it from me, I'm no huge fan of the SoraKairi coupling. But it's not like I'll go and disrespect someone elses' art just because it has the two of them drawn together, loving eachother or whatever. In fact, there's been a lot of SoraKairi artwork I've ENJOYED. I don't like Kairi. But if the art is good, then I'll look passed what I don't like and pay attention to what I think is good.
So be mature and see the art for what it is. If you don't respect me I wont respect you in return. That's simply it. Course granted I bet a lot of you are young yet. I'm 18 and have had experience with many a hate group because of my choices in what I draw. Back when I was involved at Fanart Central I had many many little boys and girls hating my artwork because it was yaoi. lol. So I'm used to this. Doesn't mean I necessarily like it, but I'm used to it. Hopefully what I've said will give you some insight if you even care to have it to begin with. Trust me, I have hated a lot of things in my time, but I'm mature enough now and have had many experiences to know that hating is not right, reguardless the cercumstances.
So try to be a little more mature and have a little more respect for others. You'll find it will bring you a lot more good than bad. |
