The entity operating as the chief control program inside Ansem's computer. Having lost its original cause of serving the Users, the MCP, or Master Control Program, began taking over the system from the inside. It altered other programs and claimed their functionality as its own in order to eventually take over both the system and the town of Hollow Bastion the system was built to serve. Believing fully Users were lesser beings that couldn't be trusted to run anything, the MCP went as far as to try and take over the town by using Heartless he created from the database left behind in Ansem's computer. He was defeated before any real harm could be caused, however, thanks to Tron, Sora, and all the Users in Hollow Bastion who worked together against him. |
